Jeevan Reddy Lashes Out At Telangana Government

Hyderabad, June 30 (Hydnow): Congress Party MLC T. Jeevan Reddy lashed out at state government for not providing oxygen facility at chest hospital of state. He termed the incident as an unfortunate one. He alleged that the state health minister was faulting the acts of the corona virus Victims , who took selfies before dying at the Chest hospital, instead of providing clarity over the issue of the availability of oxygen cylinders at the chest hospital.

Reddy demanded the chief minister of the state KCR to resign from his post by taking moral responsibility for his failure to contain the spread of the corona virus in the state. He said that the CM had not responded on the issue so far. He urged the state human rights commission to take Suo Moto cognisance of the deaths of the two youths of the state with corona virus. Reddy said that the people of the state were losing their right to live in Telangana state and added that the state government should take up responsibility for the same. He demanded the state government to immediately implement central government’s Ayushman Bharat scheme in the state .

He alleged that the rates fixed by the state government for conducting tests and extending treatment to the corona virus patients were not followed by the managements of the private hospitals. (Hydnow)
