Hyderabad, Dec.18 (Hydnow): Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar today stated that Telangana has come up with a revolutionary change of lands registration and mutation process in the state unlike other states in India.

He was addressing a program at MCR HRD here and stated that only Telangana Government has brought in a new, law enabling its people get better services. The new system will check real estate related irregularities, middle men intervention and corruption as well as it provides new technology services. Like no other state in our country Telangana has introduced a revolutionary act that will offer services putting g an end to corruption and cumbersome activities he said.

The Chief Secretary asked the people to use Dharani services to get non agriculture and properties registered. The state government determined to offer the new lands registration process in transparent and speedy manner. Stating that teething problems like technical or others are common being fixed in a short time Somesh Kumar stated to offer timely services.

The registration process aims at checking corruption in real estate or otherwise and delay besides extending user friendly services. The people will know of quantum of taxes, changes and new technology while getting registration services he said. This will enable, he said, the people get immediate and yet transparent services will be offered in a non corruption and hassle free manner Somesh Kumar remarked.

The Chief Secretary maintained that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has, envisioned for growth of the state through reforms.
