Hyderabad, Feb.2 (Hydnow): Dr. Devesh Nigam has sworn in as the Registrar of the University of Hyderabad (UoH) and he joined the office on February 2.
He comes to the University with rich experience of having worked in the positions of Controller of Examinations, Joint Registrar and Deputy Registrar at the University of Hyderabad.
Prior to this, he also served as Finance and Accounts Officer in Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and as Deputy Registrar (Administration) at Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education.
A graduate in Science from Kanpur University, Dr. Nigam also has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Human Resource from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
He has done his PhD in Educational Management from the Indian Institute of Technology- Hyderabad. He has overall 23 years of administrative experience. (Hydnow)
