The killing of jailed gangster Tillu Tajpuriya in Delhi’s Tihar jail today has taken a shocking turn. According to the latest reports, Tajpuriya was attacked by rival gang members Yogesh Tunda and Deepak Teetar, who were allegedly given a contract to kill him by a former Delhi Police inspector, Raj Kumar.
Kumar, who was arrested by the Delhi Police on Friday, has reportedly admitted to his involvement in the killing. He was allegedly paid a large sum of money by members of the Tunda gang to arrange for the killing of Tajpuriya, who was an accused in the high-profile Rohini court shootout case.
The police have also arrested several other individuals, including Tunda and Teetar, in connection with the killing. They are currently in police custody and are being interrogated.

“The investigation into the killing of Tillu Tajpuriya has revealed some shocking details. It appears that he was targeted by a rival gang, who had paid a former police inspector to arrange for his killing,” said a senior police officer.
