Hyderabad, Aug 27 (Hydnow): Minister for Finance, Medical, Health, and Family Welfare, Harish Rao expressed his anger on the Congress party SC and ST declaration.

He asked the AICC President, Mallikarjun Kharge that what the declaration has been made in Telangana should be first implemented in his home state of Karnataka.  He said in Karnataka only Rs. 1000 pension is being given where the Congres are in power.  In Telangana, he is announcing giving Rs. 4 thousand pension.  He said that the Congress people will not come to power in Telangana with such false announcements.

He expressed his anger that the promises given by the Congress cannot be implemented in their own states, but in Telangana, they are talking nonsense.  He said that in the states ruled by Congress and BJP, only Rs. one thousand pension is given to the disabled.  He said that Telangana is the only state which gives a pension of Rs. 4,016 to the disabled.  He said that if the congress party won’t get votes, then we have to fulfill the promises.  He said that if you believe the words of Congress and BJP, you will be hoping for mirages.
