Internet/Hyderabad, April 9 (Maxim News):  Immediately after the announcement of a ceasefire agreement between the US-Iran countries, Israel launched missiles at Lebanon. The attacks targeted Hezbollah bases in Lebanon. These attacks resulted in heavy casualties. A total of 254 people lost their lives. More than a thousand others were injured. However, Iran expressed its anger at Israel’s attack on Lebanon even after the ceasefire agreement was signed. In this context, it announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

The attacks on Lebanon came immediately after the ceasefire agreement. Iran demanded that its allies not be attacked as part of the ceasefire agreement, but Israel did not agree. On March 2, the Israeli army launched a ground operation in Lebanon to establish a buffer zone up to the Litani River with the aim of preventing attacks by Hezbollah. Israel is not willing to stop that operation now. Within 10 minutes of the ceasefire announcement, Israel carried out 100 air strikes on various locations in Lebanon. (Maxim News)
