Delhi/Hyderabad, May 16 (Hydnow): The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the CBI after hearing a petition filed by BRS MLC Kavitha seeking bail in the Delhi Liquor Scam case.
Later, the High Court adjourned the further hearing to May 24. The Delhi High Court will hear the petition filed by Kavitha in the ED case on the same day.
Kavitha has been staying in Complex 6 (complex for women prisoners) of Tihar Jail for about 46 days in the Delhi Liquor Scam.
Meanwhile, the court has already rejected the interim and regular bail petitions filed by Kavitha challenging the ED and CBI’s arrest and seeking bail. She approached the Delhi High Court.
