Bundles Of Rs. 500 Notes In The Washing Machines: Illegal Movement From Vizag

Bundles Of Rs. 500 Notes In The Washing Machines: Illegal Movement From Vizag

Vizag/Hyderabad, Oct 25 (Hydnow):  it is noteworthy that the money being transferred from the neighboring states after the election bell has been seized.  In the meantime, the authorities seized the money being transported in trucks in Karnataka and now a similar case has come to light in AP as well, in Visakhapatnam, No person having a brain will put money in washing machines and move it around.  The police raided on a tip-off and recovered the money hidden in the washing machines.  Rs. 1.30 crores and 30 cell phones were seized.

Everyone has a different style in Hawala money transfer.  In Visakhapatnam, bundles of currency notes were put in washing machines without raising any suspicion.  They are being transported in an auto.  During the Dussehra season, sales and purchases of electronic goods are going on in full swing.  As a result, no one suspected the car that was transporting the washing machines.

But the police received accurate information, inspections have been intensified at NAD Junction.  Visakha airport police seized this cash.  As evidence was not shown, the cash was seized and a case was registered.  But it seems that a businessman came forward that this cash is related to Dussehra sales.

Large amounts of cash, jewelry, and other gifts are being seized after the announcement of the election schedule in Telangana.  The police also kept a full vigil on the money being moved from Karnataka.  checks have also been intensified at the borders of AP, it is remarkable that a large amount of cash was seized in Visakha at this stage.  The police are investigating whether this money is related to the Telangana elections or not.  They said that if it is not stolen money, then why would they move it into washing machines?

Police conducting checks of NAD junction in Visakha stopped a suspicious auto and conducted checks, when the driver was questioned, he said that he was taking electronic goods to Vijayawada on rent.  But when the police checked with suspicion, they were surprised to see Rs. 30 lakh cash and 30 cell phones in the six washing machines pocked.  Whose money is that? Who spoke for hire?  Where in Vijayawada are you taking for delivery? When the police questioned the auto driver, he did not give correct answers.  The auto driver was arrested by the police.

The police were also shocked to see a large amount of money being moved into an auto at once.  However, the police are preliminarily estimating that the seized cash is related to hawala.  The police revealed that the accused did not have any documents related to that cash, that’s why they caught him.  It seems that they are inquiring as to whose orders he is moving the cash.  Police seized 30 cell phones and an auto.  a case has been registered under sections 41 and 102 of the CrPC in connection with the incident and investigations are underway.  (Hydnow)
