Kuppam, Jan.8 (Hydnow): TDP National president N. Chandrababu Naidu today expressed his concern over the attacks being carried out on the SCs of the state.
He asked the state government if it thought there would be nobody to question it on the murders of the SCs. He made these remarks while addressing a gathering during his roadshow at his Kuppam Assembly constituency of Chittoor district.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the Dalits were committing suicides as they were not able to tolerate the atrocities of the ruling YSRCP leaders.
He alleged that an SC man was killed as for not wearing a face mask while mocking that the CM of the state YS Jaganmohan Reddy would himself not wear the face mask.
He warned the state government that they would not tolerate any kind of atrocity against the SCs and STs of the state and added that they would not be a mute spectator if the feelings of the oppressed sections hurt me. Naidu said that there was a need to protect the constitutional rights of the people of the state.
Naidu also expressed his concerns over the security lapses during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Punjab visit recently . He termed the security of the PM as an important issue of the country. (Hydnow)
