Hyderabad, May 6 (Hydnow): The dates for the annual fish prasadam distribution in Hyderabad have been finalized. This time, the fish prasadam will be held at the Nampally Exhibition Ground on June 8 and 9.
The bathini family will organize this program as part of the Ayurvedic treatment method provided to asthma sufferers to commemorate the beginning of Mrigasira Karte. Thousands of people suffering from asthma and respiratory problems will flock to this program.
Speaking on the occasion, the Bathini family members said that it is estimated that about 5 to 6 lakh people will take fish prasadam this time. They said that all arrangements have been made for this.
It is noteworthy that many patients come for this Prasadam, especially from the Telugu states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, as well as from states like Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, karnataka and Odisha. This fish prasadam distribution program has been organized for the last few decades. Lakhs of people say that they have been relieved. There is a special method for this. An Ayurvedic medicine is put in the live fish fry and the patient swallows it. This is a traditional treatment method. The Bathini family has been distributing this fish prasadam for generations. People who take this prasadam have to follow certain rules.
There are instructions such as abstaining from meat for a few days before the program and following specific dietary rules for a few days after taking the medicine. This year too, arrangements like queues, water supply, and medical assistance are being made at a rapid pace to make the patients comfortable.
Although there are differences of opinion among medical experts on this traditional treatment, it is becoming like a beacon of hope for lakhs of patients who come with faith. Many people are resorting to traditional treatments along with modern medical methods. It is also commendable that the Bathini family is organizing this program with a sense of service. The government is also making arrangements for this program to be held on June 8 and 9. (Hydnow)
