Flying Squad has Collected Cash Rs. 4,04,000 Seized Today: Ronald Rose

Hyderabad, October 20: As part of the Election Code of Conduct, the Flying Squad on Friday collected Rs. 4,04,000 in cash was seized, District Election Officer, GHMC Ronald Rose said in a statement.

1,04,12,250 in cash has been seized so far by the flying squad. 16,64,143 has been seized by the police authority and 35,45,12,858 cash has been seized so far, he said. He said that 19 FIRs have been registered and so far 224 have been registered.

4,249 firearms have been collected so far while 85 licensed firearms were collected today under Law and Order. Today there are 60 cases under CRPC and so far 393 cases have been registered. Today, 165 bindovers have been done and so far 1081 bindovers have been done. 76 Nakkas cases have been registered and so far 568 Nakkas cases have been registered. Today there are 58 non-bailable warrants and a total of 472 cases have been registered.

On Friday, 62 wall writings were removed from public properties under the MCC violation and so far 5,031 wall writings have been removed. Today 1401 posters were removed out of a total of 66,331 posters. Today 485 banners have been removed and so far 21,049 banners have been removed. Masks were placed on statues of 1,469 politicians in public properties today. So far 71,671 idols have been masked.

In private properties, 48 wall writings were removed today and 1,135 wall writings have been removed so far. Today 244 posters have been removed and so far 18,346 posters have been removed. Today 72 banners have been removed and so far 4,057 banners have been removed. Masks were placed on the statues of 292 political leaders today. So far 19,571 idols have been masked.

So far 8 assemblies and meetings have been held without permission. A total of 8 FIRs have been registered so far. 348 liters of liquor was seized today by the excise department.
