Harish Rao Slams Governor Over Conspiracy Against BRS

Hyderabad, Jan 26 (Hydnow) Former Minister and MLA Harish Rao once again criticized the ruling Congress party and the BJP, both the parties were attacked on X platform.

Reacting to the Governor approving the appointment of MLCs under Gover quota, he said that the secret alliance of Congress and BJP has been revealed once again.  He alleged that the understanding between the two parties has been exposed in the appointment of MLCs.  he criticised that the Governor is acting in a way that is beneficial to the Congress Government and the Congress Party in accordance with the agenda of the BJP.

He alleged that the Governor refused to appoint the candidates recommended by the previous BRS government as MLCs because they were still in political parties.  When the Congress government unanimously recommends the president of a political party (Obviously referring to Prof Kodandaram) the Governor approves his name.  He said that this is a double standard, is not the Governor acting in favor of the Congress party? in the past also those who have worked in sports, culture, education, social and service fields which have been recommended by the BRS government as MLCs. then the Governor did not approve them for political reasons and why has it been approved now?”

He alleged that both the Congress and BJP parties in the state are trying to undermine the BRs party.  It is most unfortunate that the Governor herself is a participant in this conspiracy.  Harish Rao said that legal principles and constitutional traditions should be the same for all parties.  (Hydnow)
