Hyderabad, Aug 1 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana gave a shock to Minister for Welfare, Koppula Eshwar. The High Court bench dismissed the interim petition of Minister Koppula Eshwar.
Koppula Eshwar has filed an interim petition seeking to dismiss the petition that his election was invalid. The High Court said that it is not possible now after three years of hearings. It is clear that the final arguments have to be heard.
Challenging the election of Koppula Eshwar, Congress candidate Lakshmi Kumar approached the High Court in 2018. He wanted to declare himself as MLA in place of Koppula Eshwar.
In this order, Koppula Eshwar filed an interim petition to dismiss the petition. This was dismissed by the High Court today and adjourned for further hearing to Wednesday. (Maxim News)
