Hyderabad, Aug 30 (Hydnow): The Hgh court of Telangana has given a green signal to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s government on the transfer of teachers.
The High Court has issued directions to the Telangana government that the transfers should be subject to the final judgment. High Court modified interim orders on teacher transfers. The High Court awarded 10 extra points to teacher union leaders and allowed the transfer of the union leaders.
The High Court has revealed that it is allowing the Telangana government to allocate additional points to teachers’ spouses. The High Court said that the intention of the provision is for husband and wife to live together. The High Court clarified that there will be transfers subject to the final judgment. (Hydnow)
