High Court Order Police Not To Arrest RS Praveen Kumar

Hyderabad, Nov 16 (Hydnow): The High Court has directed the police not to arrest BST State President RS Praveen Kumar. A case has been registered against RS Praveen Kumar in Kagajnagar PS that he attacked some BRS leaders.  

RS Praveen Kumar has filed a quash petition in the High Court not to take action against him in this case.

The court which took up the trial ordered police not to arrest Praveen Kumar until further orders. On the night of the 13th of this month, there was a clash between BSP and BRS activists during the Assembly Election Campaign.  As a result, a case of attempt to murder and robbery was registered against Rs Praveen in Kagaznagar Town Police Station of Asifabad District.
