Hyderabad, Nov.5 (Hydnow): Minister Koppula Eshwar today said that the result of Huzurabad bypoll is not a referendum for future polls.
He slammed the BJP leaders for claiming big on the Huzurabad bypoll. The Minister informed media persons that the BJP might win the bypoll and it will not repeat in general elections. This result was not at all a referendum to the 2023 general elections in the state, Eshwar said.
The BJP got a couple of seats in recent bypolls the Centre failed to win the faith of the people, he said. The people are unhappy at the farm laws, escalating prices, he claimed.
The people are burdened with huge prices of fuel and gas. Though the prices of the fuel and the gas came down to a little extent it will not appease the people, he said.
He ridiculed the BJP plan to conduct Dalit Bandhu protest on November 9. The TRS government announced that it will implement it and KCR will decide on it, he said. The party leadership will review the defeat to the TRS, he said.
