Hyderabad: – A tragic incident unfolded on Sunday when Deekshith Reddy, a 21-year-old second-year MBBS student from Gandhi Medical College, was found dead in his residence in Hyderabad.
Deekshith Reddy reportedly committed suicide by inflicting fatal injuries to his private parts, as per the preliminary report from Medchal-Malkajgiri’s Jagadgirigutta Police.
According to the sources, the young medical student had a history of mental health issues, with a past suicide attempt to his name.
Family members discovered the gruesome scene upon their return home, finding Reddy motionless in a pool of blood. Emergency services were immediately alerted, but the injuries proved fatal. The police are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident
