In a recent incident, an IndiGo flight with the number 6E 2012 was flying from Madurai to Mumbai when it faced a problem with one of its engines. The flight was operating an Airbus A321 aircraft which uses engines made by Pratt & Whitney.
During the flight, the engine from Pratt & Whitney suddenly stopped working, which made the plane’s crew decide to make an emergency landing in Mumbai, ensuring the safety of all passengers on board.
IndiGo, the airline operating the flight, has confirmed that there was a technical issue with the engine, and they want to reassure all the passengers that the necessary repairs and maintenance will be carried out to fix the problem
