Inner Ring Road Case: CID Has Served A Notice to Nara Lokesh
In a huge setback for the Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh, the CID served 41A Crpc notices to TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh in the Inner Ring Road case.
Nara Lokesh is expected to reply on October 4.
The DCP of CID told the media, “We served notice. He responded, that he would attend on the 4th (of October)”
It is worth mentioning here that Lokesh had filed an anticipatory bail petition after the CID filed a memo before the trial court arraying him as A14 in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case.
Interestingly, it emerged that the TDP leader had sought anticipatory bail in skill development as well as the AP fiber net case even though his name did not figure in the list.
