Hyderabad, April 11: MeeSeva WhatsApp services for property needs have been launched by the Telangana government to improve access. The move enables citizens to use WhatsApp for land and registration services across the state.

The initiative follows directions from IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu to expand digital services. MeeSeva Commissioner T Ravikiran said the goal is to make services faster and more accessible. As a result, citizens can now complete key processes online.

MeeSeva WhatsApp services for property needs expand access

MeeSeva WhatsApp services for property needs now include stamp duty, registration, and land related services. Earlier, MeeSeva offered certificates, challan payments, and utility bill services. Now, the platform covers a wider range of services.

To begin, users must save the official number 80969 58096 and send a message. Then, they can follow prompts to fill forms and make payments online. However, for some services, users must visit the Sub Registrar office to collect documents.

The service also provides Encumbrance Certificates through WhatsApp after approval. Additionally, users can access stamp purchases, franking, RTI applications, and society registrations. Officials expect fewer office visits and faster service delivery.
