Obstacles Removed For Budwewl Auction Of Land:  High Court Refused To Grant Stay

Hyderabad, Aug 10 (Hydnow):  It is known that the High Court Bar Association has filed a petition to stop the auction of land in Budwel.

The Bar Association moved the lunch motion today.  The auction process will start today.  The Association said that since 2012, they have been asking for allotment of 100 acres in Budwel.  In 2012, the government allotted the land in Budwel to the High Court.  The Public Interest Litigation (PIP) revealed that the High Court Bar Association and the Registrar General wrote several letters.  The Advocates Association requested the High Court to stop the HMDA auction to be held today.

Advocates of the Bar Association mentioned the Budwel auction in the High Court.  The Court was told that the auction will start today.  However, the High Court rejected the lunch motion petition.  It said there are differences in the Bar association.  It said that if everyone comes to a consensus then they will listen to the arguments.  The lawyers association told the court that the auction process will start at 11 am.  A stay was sought on the petition.  But the High Court refused to grant a stay until then.  (Hydnow)
