Hyderabad, Oct.26 (Hydnow): The doctors from Osmania General Hospital of the city today held an innovative protest program to highlight the apathy of the authorities of the state government towards solving their problem.
With an objective to highlight the Monday’s fan collapse incident, in which a PG medical student sustained minor injuries, The doctors wore helmets as part of their protest program.
They also sat on a silent protest program for some time. Later, they met with the superintendent of the hospital and lodged a complaint with him.
They told the superintendent that the doctors of the hospital were getting scared of the ceiling fans with dilapidated roof.
The doctors have urged the superintendent to take steps to prevent the repetition of such tragic incidents. (Hydnow)
