Delhi/Hyderabad, May 18 (Hydnow): Delhi Police on Saturday arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal PA Bibhav Kumar in the case of assault on AAP MP Swazti Maliwal.
Delhi Police registered a case against Kejriwal PA Bibhav on the complaint of AAP Rajya Sabha MP and former DCW Chairperson Swati Maliwal. It seems that police have detained Vaibhav from Kejriwal’s house,
On the other hand, the state president of AAP legal cell Sanjeev Nasiyar said that no FIR copy was received in the court regarding the arrest of Bibhav Kumar in the attack case against AAP MP Swati Maliwal.
Nasiyar said that Bibhav was detained without any notice. But today the police will produce Bibhav in Delhi’s tees Hazari Court. (Hydnow)
