Prakash Raj Resigns From MAA Membership

Hyderabad, Oct.11 (Hydnow): Veteran actor Prakash Raj has announced that he was resigning from the primary membership of Movie Artists Association (MAA).

He said that he did not take the decision to resign from the membership of association out of pain. He said that he was an unfortunate person that he was not born as a Telugu man.

Speaking to media persons, he said that came to the industry as a guest and added that he would remain as a guest in the industry.

Commenting on the elections, he said that the elections were held on the basis of regionalism. He said that he would welcome the victory of his rival manchu Vishnu.

Prakash Raj said that the elections were held in a peaceful manner and added that more number of the members of the association utilised their votes this year.

He asked the newly elected president of the association Manchu Vishnu to fulfil all the promises made by him during his election campaign.

He extended his greetings to all the elected members of Manchu Vishnu panel.

He said that he was not regretting his decision to contest in the MAA elections.

He said that he would stand by his words made during the election campaign.

The Versatile actor also said that he would continue to act in Telugu movies in usual manner.

He said that he would also not mind to act with Manchi Vishnu in his movies . (Hydnow)
