In the instance of offensive remarks made about Prophet Muhammad, the Supreme Court ruled that until August 10th, no action should be done against former BJP leader Nupur Sharma.
Nupur Sharma received protection from arrest from Justice Suryakant and Justice Partywala bench after asserting that her life was in danger.
The Supreme Court has affirmed that this ruling is binding in all subsequent cases. The Center has sent letters to Delhi, West Bengal, Maharashtra, and other states in response to Nupur Sharma’s request to have all the cases brought against her transferred to a single court. The respondents must respond by August 10 at the latest, according to the Supreme Court. On August 10, the court will take up the subject for an additional hearing.

There are some flaws here and there, but with all the humour and lighter moments, they can be somewhat overlooked.

The party will submit its stand to the ECI in writing before January 30 and will raise its objections after discussing it within the party.
