Somesh Kumar Visits Mobile Vaccination Center at Rajendranagar

Hyderabad, Oct.30 (Hydnow): Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has visited a mobile vaccine centre set up at Sunrise Home Colony, Rajendra Nagar Circle in the City today.
Speaking on the occasion, Somesh Kumar, said every person should avail the Second dose Covid vaccine program launched in Greater Hyderabad from today.
Medical & Health Secretary S.A.M Rizvi and GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Secretary said more than three Crore Covid vaccine doses have already been administered in the State. It is said that getting vaccinated is the only way to prevent spread of Covid.
Medical Secretary Rizvi explained that nearly ninety percent of citizens have been vaccinated in Hyderabad city and the second dose will be given through 150 mobile vaccine centres which will be on move covering deferent areas in the City from today.
GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar explained that each mobile vaccination vehicle will cover two or three colonies in the city in a day, giving second dose vaccine through these mobile vaccine centre. Mobile vaccination vehicle will be covering above 450 colonies every day. He said that if necessary vaccination programme will be extended. (Hydnow)
