Hyderabad, Jan.13 (Maxim News): Tourism Minister V Srinivas Goud today lashed out at BJP Government and said that Centre has failed to protect the interests of benefit making companies and farmers.
The Centre is hatching conspiracy against the farming activities by rise in fertilizer prices, plan to set up power meters at farm wells and failing to procure paddy stocks, he alleged.
Talking to press persons at the TRS Legislature Party here, the Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is privatizing companies and selling off the Public Sector Units and organizations. The Centre adopts lopsided policies to cheat such companies only to help the corporate honchos.
The Minister said that the Modi Government can retain power by implementing pro farmers and development policies and not by cheating them with price hike.
What the Centre said before bifurcation and after carving out a new state as it failed to keep promises and denied funds for development, he wondered.
The BJP Government miserably failed to keep the promises of Bifurcation and duped people of the Telugu states. He asked whether the Centre or other states implement the schemes like those in Telangana state.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao aims to make farming a festival with rythu bandhu, free power and all and the BJP regime is suppressing them with lopsided policies.
The TRS Government has been repeatedly appealing to the Modi government and FCI to get our paddy stocks. Though the Centre failed to get them and instead increased prices of fertilizers and plan to set up power meters at the farm wells. (Hydnow)
