High Court Challenging Release Of Funds To Tablighi Jamaat
Hyderabad, Aug 16 (Hydnow): A hearing was held in the Telangana High Court today regarding Group-1 Prelims paper leakage. The High Court directed the TSPSC to submit the investigation report within three weeks.
It may be recalled that a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the High Court to order a CBI inquiry into the paper leakage. The High Court, which investigated the matter, issued notices to the respondents to file a counter.
The High Court ordered that the petitions pending in another court should be attached to this PIL. Adjourned further hearing for three weeks. (Hydnow)
