Hyderabad, Oct 9 (Hydnow): Hyderabad International Airport received threatening mail. The miscreants said that they were going to hijack the Hyderabad-Dubai flight. This alerted the airport security staff immediately.
After a while, when the plane was about to take off from the runway, the passenger’s baggage was checked thoroughly. After thorough checks, three persons namely, Tirupati, Vinod, and Rakesh were detained. The three were going to Iran via Dubai.
After that, they were handed over to the airport police. later it was announced that the flight would be cancelled. He said that the passengers would be sent to Dubai on another flight. (Hydnow)
