A three-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by her distant relative on Tuesday. The suspect was identified as Raju (25). The incident happened under Mailardevpally police station limits.
According to the police, Raju is a distant a relative of the victim girl. The accused found the girl alone playing at her home on Tuesday afternoon and sexually assaulted her.
Later in the night when girl’s parents came back home, they were informed about the assault by their daughter. On receipt of the complaint, the police registered a case and arrested the accused.
