Hyderabad, Sept.6 (Hydnow): BJP MLA Etala Rajender today said the TRS government could not escape from the public court although it escaped from holding a discussion on public problems. He said the first day of the monsoon session of the Assembly ran for just five minutes. He said the TRS government would face punishment in the public court.

Speaking to media persons at Assembly media point along with party MLA M. Raghunandan Rao, he said there used to be a situation when people from different sectors would represent the State government about their problems. He reminded us that the Assembly used to be run for 80 to 90 days in the undivided Andhra Pradesh. He said the budget session used to be run for 50 days. The BJP MLAs were suspended without any reason in the last Assembly session, he said, adding that the VRAs and tribals were urging them to raise their problems in the Assembly.

Raghunandan Rao said they were not invited to the BAC meeting. He said the Speaker invited their party when they had only one MLA. He asked the Speaker to tell them about the number of MLAs they required for extending the invitation to the BAC meeting. (Hydnow)
