Hyderabad, June 10 (Hydnow): An auto driver from the city committed rape on a 9-year-old girl after threatening her. The brutal incident took place at NTR Nagar under LB Nagar Assembly constituency.
The parents of the victim lodged a complaint against the auto-rickshaw driver with LB Nagar police, who registered a case and arrested the accused Saleem from the Old city.
Meanwhile, BJP MLA Etala Rajender called on the family members of the victim at Vanasthalipuram area hospital. He spoke to the family members and consoled them. Rajender demanded that the State government take stern action against the accused in the case. (Hydnow)
