Hyderabad, May 25 (Hydnow): Sports minister V. Srinivas Goud today asked the secretary of sports department Sandeep Kumar Sultania to Accord a grand welcome to world boxing champion in 52 kg category Nikhat zareen as per the orders of the chief minister of the state KCR.
He said that Nikhat had not only brought a name for the country but also to the state by becoming the world champion.
He also asked the secretary to accord a warm reception to Secunderabad based shooting player Isha Singh for winning a gold medal in the world shooting championship.
He said that isha Singh was also coming to the state on the same day. (Hydnow)
