Hyderabad, June 4 (Hydnow): AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi, contesting from the Hyderabad parliamentary constituency for the fifth consecutive time, is currently leading the race.
Once again, the Majlis, with its stronghold in Hyderabad, appears poised for victory.
With a significant margin, Asaduddin Owaisi is leading by over 2.5 Lakh votes.

This election saw the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) nominating Madhavi Lata to contest against the incumbent Majlis president, while Muhammad Waliullah Sameer represented the Congress party.
It’s noteworthy that Hyderabad has been a bastion for the Majlis Ittehad al-Muslimeen. Asaduddin Owaisi has been representing Hyderabad in the Lok Sabha since 2004.
