BJP MP Laxman Reacts To The Arrest Of Chandrababu Naidu

Dr. K Laxman, the President of BJP OBC Morcha, has shared his thoughts on the recent arrest of TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Speaking to the media in Delhi on Monday, he expressed his disagreement with Chandrababu’s arrest, stating that it was not conducted in the right manner.

Dr. Laxman argued that Chandrababu Naidu was arrested without any prior notice or explanation, and his name was not included in the FIR (First Information Report). He emphasized that such actions were not appropriate, and he conveyed the BJP’s condemnation of the way the former Chief Minister was arrested.

Meanwhile, the hearing regarding the petition filed regarding Chandrababu Naidu’s house remand has concluded. During the hearing, the Criminal Investigation Department presented its perspective, suggesting that Chandrababu would be secure in Rajahmundry Central Jail instead of being placed under house remand.

In response, the Anti-Corruption Bureau court judge asked Chandrababu’s lawyer, Siddhartha Luthra, to provide additional details about the security arrangements in the central jail. Luthra also addressed concerns regarding potential threats to Chandrababu during the hearing.
