Mahbubnagar/Hyderabad, July 22 (Hydnow) TPCC Spokesperson Zaheer Akhtar has alleged that the ruling BRS government headed by Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao remembers Muslims only when elections are near.

Reacting to the announcement made by the Minister for Finance, Medical, Health, and Family Welfare that the Muslims will be provided financial assistance of Rs. one lakh is once again to cheat the Muslims.

Speaking to the media persons at the Congress party office, he criticized that minorities will be remembered by the KCR and his party BRS only when the elections are near. He pointed out the earlier promises such as 12 percent reservation to minorities and asked why it has not been implemented even after 9 years.


He accused Muslims are being used as a vote bank. TPCC general secretary Sanjeev Mudiraj said that it is not right for Minister Harish Rao to call Muslims “Fakirs” He demanded an immediate apology.

Effigy Of Harish Rao Burnt


An effigy of Minister Harish Rao, who had made inappropriate comments against Muslims, was burnt at YSR Chowrasta in Gadwal town.

Gadwzal Torn President Isak demanded that the minister should immediately apologize to the Muslims. he said that inappropriate comments against Muslims will not be tolerated.
