Hyderabad, Sept.14 (Hydnow): BC Welfare Minister G Kamalakar today criticized that the Centre is showing partisan attitude towards Telangana state.
Addressing a press conference he said that the Centre was purchasing all stocks of boiled rice from the farmers in Punjab and not doing so in Telangana. What is this partiality towards Telangana which is a developing state, he asked the Centre.
The Centre cannot have partisan attitude towards us and dump our farmers he demanded. The minister demanded that the Modi Government cannot dump our farmers.
Our farmers are seeking the Centre to get their produce and do justice, he said. The state government will fight at the parliament and in Delhi for our rights, he said.
The minister further asked the BJP government to purchase boiled rice and paddy produce from our state. Else we will take up the issue at all levels he warned.
He asked the BJP leaders from Telangana and Union minister Kishan Reddy to address the same issue. (Hydnow)
