Hyderabad, Feb.11 (Hydnow): Founder-president of YSRTP YS Sharmila today lashed out at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for failing to fulfill his promise of providing ex gratia to 133 farmers, who had committed suicides seven years back.
