Hyderabad, Feb. 7 (Hydnow): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today paid a visit to the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple of Yadadri in Yadadri Bhuvangiri district. He flew in a helicopter to reach the temple and took aerial view of development works near the temple and atop the hillock.
The CM held a review with ministers G Jagadish Reddy, Prashanth Reddy and others. KCR had talked about Yagashala, pushkarini, and other structures getting ready for the mega event. The temple is being developed in about 75 acres of land. The CM plans to conduct Maha Sudarshana yagam on March 21 and Maha Samprokshana Yagam on March 28. As part of the program, it was decided to conduct related yagams like Mahasudarshan, rituals and pujas at the temple on March 21 with all traditions. Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, Ritviks, Pujaris and saints from across the country are likely to attend the grand inaugural of the renovated Temple of Yadadri.
The Chief Minister attended special pujas at Balalayam at the temple. YADA Chairman Kishan Rao, EO Geetha, Priests and officials welcomed the Chief Minister and his entourage and participated in the pujas. Minister V Prashanth Reddy, Motkupally Narsimulu, Whip Gongidi Sunitha, MLAs, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, CMO Secretary Narsingh Rao and other officials were present. The CM inspected the works going on at the temple as the renovation project works are nearing completion. He instructed them to complete the remaining works by the time of re launch of the temple next Month.

The CM inspected several areas on the premises including Main Temple, Garbha Gudi, structures of Kalyana Katta, Mandaps, VIP Cottages, buildings for accommodation, Arch, Yagashala and others. The Chief Minister took stock of the works of the temple which were renovated on the lines of TTD by spending hundreds of cores. (Hydnow)
