Hyderabad, Nov 17 (Hydnow): The Congress party has released its manifesto for the Telangana Assembly elections.  AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge released the booklet “Abhaya Hastam” at Gandhi Bhavan, with 37 main points in Abhaya’s hand. 13 more points are included in the job calendar in the name of the supplementary manifesto.
