Counting For 119 Assembly Seats At 49 Centers Started With Postal Ballot Votes 

Hyderabad, Dec 3 (Hydnow): Telangana Assembly election Counting has started at 49 Centers in the state of Telangana. C punting of postal ballot votes started at 8.00 am

Officials will first count the postal and service votes at the counting centers and the counting of EVM votes will be done from 8.30 am.  1,798 tables have been set up in 119 places for the counting of votes.  Counting of votes will be done in 2,417 rounds in 119 seats of the state.  A total of 1.80 thousand postal votes were cast across the state.  One round result is possible every 20 minutes.  Special software has been prepared to give fast results.  14 tables were set up for each constituency.  The counting process will be done under the supervision of CC cameras.  While the total number of votes in Telangana was 3,26,02,7693, the exercised votes were 2,32,59,256.  75 percent voting has been recorded in 79 constituencies in Telangana.  The first lead is likely to be known around 10.30 am.  In small constituencies, the results of the first round will be announced at 10.30 am.  Counting centers have been set up in all 49 areas. 

Arrangements have been made for counting in 14 areas in Hyderabad district.  Arrangements were made for the counting of votes in 4 areas in Rangareddy district and 2 areas in Nizamabad district.  Quoting centers have been set up at one place for Warangal and Hanumakonda districts.  Counting centers have been set up at each place for counting votes in 28 districts.  Three-tier security has been arranged near the counting centers.  Security has been provided near the counting centers with 40 companies of central forces.  CCTV cameras have been installed in strong rooms. A micro observer, a supervisor, and two assistants are appointed on each table.
