Covid-19: India Records 7,533 New Cases, 44 Deaths
Covid-19 | Hyderabad, April 17 (Hydnow): India records 9,111 new covid-19 cases along with 27 deaths, according to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
According to the Union Health Ministry bulletin today. The total number of active cases in the country is a record 0.13 percent of infections. The daily positivity rate has reached 8.40 percent.
The number of deaths recorded in a single day is six died in Gujrat, four in Uttar Pradesh, three each in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi, two in Maharashtra, and one each in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Himachal Pradesh, taking the total number of deaths to 5,31,141. The Health Ministry announced that 6,313 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recoveries to 4,42,35,272. The national recovery rate stands at 98.68, while the rate of fatality stands at 1.18 percent. (Hydnow)
