Hyderabad: Eatala Rajender Land Grabbing Case | The investigation and land survey related to the Eatala Rajender land grabbing case. The Huzurabad Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mr. Eatala Rajender is alleged of encroachment of lands of farmers in Hakimpet in Telangana.

The survey is being held in 18 acres in survey number 130. Musaipeta tahsildar Malathi, survey deputy inspector Lakshmi Sujatha are conducting the survey.

It is already known that Eatala Rajender is facing allegations on grabbing assigned lands of the farmers. The government which launched a probe after the allegations on Eatala Rajender has also initiated the land survey in survey number 130. The revenue staff has already sent notices to Eatala Jamuna.

Eatala Rajender Land Grabbing Case:

TRS party chief and the Chief Minister of Telangana Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, ordered the probe into the allegations against Mr. Eatala Rajender in June. However, they had stopped the survey as the Jamuna Hatcheries filed a writ petition in the High Court citing COVID-19.

After the clearance of the same and controlled Wuhan virus situation, the probe finally started and the concerned officials reached Hakimpet and began the land survey of Jamuna hatcheries, the 18 acres land.

In regard to this, the Toopran Revenue District Officer (RDO) issued a notice to Mr. Eatala Rajender, his wife Satyamani Jamuna and son Nithin Reddy, on the 8th of November.

Through the notice, they informed that the Revenue and Survey departments would be resuming the combined survey from the 16th of November to the 18th of November in survey number 97 at Hakimpet village in Masaipet mandal of Medak.

It is to mention here that the Medak Collector in May reported that 66 acres of assigned land in Achampet and Hakimpet villages in Masaipet Mandal of Medak district have been encroached by Jamuna Hatcheries.
