Hyderabad, May 13 (Hydnow): A fake currency gang has been held in Shamshabad. SOT police raided the bases where fake currency was being printed on certain information. The police laid eyes on the gang making fake currency notes.

The police raided a hotel at Thondapalli under Shamshabad Police Station, today, the Cyberabad Commissionerate seized a huge amount of fake currency.

The police conducted raids on the hotel based on Vishwani’s information and arrested the two accused. Around Rs. 20 lakhs of fake currency and note-making machines were seized from the accused. It has been noticed that the printing of fake currency has been going on for some time now. Shamshabad police have registered a case and are investigating.
