Bhadradri Kothagudem/Hyderabad, June 10 (Hydnow): A huge quantity of ganja was seized in Manuguru from the trolley in which 477 kgs of mangoes were being transported from Donkarayi of Andhra Pradesh state via Manuguru to Hyderabad. . The police revealed that its value is Rs. 1.19 crore. Five people were arrested and the car and trolley were seized. The accused were remanded.
On the other hand, it is known that many Telugu actors were caught with drugs at Bangalore rave parties. All the Telugu who participated in the party, including actress Hema, tested positive for drugs. After this Hema was arrested by Bangalore CCB police.
In another case drug peddler Sheikh Farooq was caught in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. 4.1 grams of MDMA drugs were seized from the accused. He was found to be supplying drugs from Bangalore to Hyderabad and arrested.

These incidents give strength to the allegations that drugs and marijuana are being used excessively in the city of Hyderabad. Youth from all over the Telugu states come to Hyderabad to live. But the parents are worried about their condition if they get affected by such drugs. (Hydnow)
