Sangareddy/Hyderabad, July 7 (Hydnow): Heavy gold was seized at Zaheerabad Interstate Excise Check Post. While the enforcement and Excise Police were checking the vehicles at the Chirag Palli excise check Post, they caught 1.5 kg of gold being transported in two boxes in a car.
The authorities caught the gold in a car coming from Mumbai to Hyderabad. The value of the seized gold is estimated to be over Rs. one crore, police arrested two people who were transporting gold without proper documents. The car was also seized. Full information to be received. (Hydnow)
