Hyderabad, Sept.8 (Hydnow): Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan today stated that she has been maintaining good relations with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the state government for development.
On completing two years of term as the governor of Telangana State, Tamilisai Soundararajan released a the coffee table book titled “One Among and Amongst the People” of her programs and services at Raj Bhavan here.
Tamilisai told press persons that she has been maintaining good relationships with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the state government.
‘I have been in the state for two years as the Government is doing well with welfare schemes and development programs, the governor said. ‘I dedicate my victory as the governor for two years to my mother who died recently, she said.
The Governor said that the media is giving good coverage to her programs and she was able to meet with a cross section of people in the state.
Officials concerned too are extending support and cooperation to discharge duties as the governor and I am happy she said.
As the governor I discharge duties and cooperate with the government for Welfare of the people and state development. Telangana state speeded up the vaccination and surpassing other states, she said.
Though Corona testing treating and vaccination was slow earlier, now the officials concerned speeded up the process.
More vaccination drives are on for giving Corona injections to people, she said. Though not ready initially, the KCR Government started Ayushman Bharat program to give medical services to people.
‘I extend thanks to Red Cross, Army and health sector for their services to people facing health problems, Tamilisai Soundararajan said. (Hydnow)
