Governor | Hyderabad, April 15 (Hydnow): Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan made key comments that she was not invited to the unveiling of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s statue at Tank Bund in Hyderabad on April 14.

She said that Ambedkar mostly talked about women and women’s rights. But it is surprising that a woman Governor was not invited. That is why she made it clear that she paid tribute to Ambedkar in Raj Bhavan itself.

National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR-NIN) Tarnaka, under the auspices of Vigyan Bharti, member of the National Governing Council, Vigyan Bharti and KS Shastri, authored a book called Vigyan Shastra in Swatantra Samaram.

Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan along with ICMR-NIN director Hemalatha attended the program as Chief guests. Governor Tamilis Sai said that she is happy that the history, which was hidden due to the British administration, is now coming out in the form of a book. she wants such books to be known to young people. she said that she is happy to work with ICMR for the health of tribals. The Governor said that she was unable to read the book because it was in Telugu, she said that she would translate it and read it.

Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan commented that we have been waiting for the education policy during independence. But the Center is making it come true. She made a sensational comment that some politicians want to place their sons in the middle like the sun is between the planets. Now it is not as if they returned to jail in one day, freedom fighters who were jailed at a young age said that they stayed in jail for a few days and thought for the protection of the people.

On this occasion, artisans gifted a matchbox saree to the Governor so that the world would know the dream of a handloom weaver. (Hydnow)
