Hyderabad, Oct 31 (Hydnow): In the wake of the attack on MP Kota Prabhakar Reddy, the state government has increased the security of the ruling BRS MLAs and MPs.
The additional DG of Intelligence issued orders to all the district officers increasing the security from 2+2 to 4+4. The circular said that the increased security should be reported.
Opposition parties are expressing their anger over the increased security, Many MLAs and leaders of opposition parties appealed to the DGP to increase their security. BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao said that he complained to the Election Commission that the complaints of opposition leaders were not considered.
MLA Raghunandan questions whether the Section 30 Act is a letter to some. The MLA said that if the police do not respond, they will file a complaint with the Central Election Commission. (Hydnow)
