Hyderabad: Finance Minister T Harish Rao on Tuesday consoled the family members of Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of The Siasat Daily, who passed away after suffering a stroke while participating in the funeral procession of Balladeer Gaddar.
Harish Rao along with Minister Mahmood Ali and MLC Kadiyam Srihari visited the residence of the late Zaheeruddin Ali Khan at Lakdikapul and consoled the family members.
On the occasion, the Minister recalled Zaheeruddin’s services during the Telangana State struggle and for the growth of Urdu journalism.
